Getting Directions

Lost? Well don't be. With these GPS maps you'll always be in the right place at the right time. Unless, of course, you're due at the dentist and you'd rather be lost!

Step one

To get started press 'Main Menu' and select 'Navigation' on your 'Samsung LBS'. (Choose 'Programs' if you're using the Omnia or 'Applications' on the Innov8.) A map will appear with a blue flashing dot showing your location.

Step two

You can then zoom in and out from this point by tapping on the magnifying glass icons at the bottom of the screen. (For Innov8 and I7110, just press 'zoom-in/out' from the options box.)

Step three

To find your way to a specific place select 'Search' from the 'Options' box. You'll be asked for your destination. Type it in and your destination will be shown on the map. Then just click the place and press 'Navigate to'.

Step Four

Follow the map and by pressing the 'Arrow' icons you'll be guided street-by-street straight to your destination.

Step Five

En route you may need to stop for lunch or to refuel. If you do, select 'Nearby' under 'Search' from the 'Option' box and you'll find the nearest restaurants, petrol stations and even places to stay.
