Email on your Phone
How do you fancy having your own personal PA?
Step one
To open your email and review sent and received messages simply select 'Messaging' (Omnia users choose 'Message E-mail' from the 'Main Menu'). It will automatically open your chosen email with your inbox, outbox, sent items, deleted items and drafts. And it will list your various email options enabling you to switch seamlessly from your Mobile Outlook to your personal email accounts such as Hotmail or Gmail.
Step two
To create a new email, press 'New Message'. (For the Omnia, tap on 'Menu' and select 'New' from the option box.) The keyboard will appear and you can write and select 'Send'. It's exactly the same as your Mac or PC.
Step three
If an email has an attachment you wish to review, select it and it will automatically open. From 'View' select 'Zoom' to enlarge or shrink and 'Edit' to make any changes. You can then attach it to a reply email if you need to send it back.
